Watch Repair

Please know that we are the only authorized service center in Canada for these branded products, and all work performed carries a twelve month guarantee.

The Service Center will provide you with a free written estimate to the cost of repairing your timepiece. We cannot provide estimates by phone, as we must have the timepiece at our service center in order to perform a proper and thorough evaluation. If your timepiece is under warranty please include the fully completed warranty card or the original proof of purchase (all documents will be returned with your timepiece).

Timepieces not covered under warranty or are outside the warranty period will be estimated at prevailing repair costs. After our evaluation, we will contact you by email, phone or fax with the results of our findings.

PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS WHEN COMPLETING, THE “REPAIR FORM.”
